Who hasn't dreamt of opening a cafe at one point or another? Well, I finally made it happen and we're going on six years in business. It's a lot of fun and a lot of hard work! The 1974 Chevy Step Van is a classic and my new coffee cart is currently OPEN for business in the lobby of 'The Establishment', in Bradburn Village.
